By placing an order through our online store, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours, materials and details accurately.

Colours may appear slightly differently depending on your screen and lighting conditions. As many Emma Sofie Studios pieces are produced individually, minor variations may occur between garments.

These variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product is defective or does not correspond to what was agreed.

Made-to-order production

Many Emma Sofie Studios garments are made to order in Copenhagen.

Unless otherwise stated, our standard production time is approximately 3–5 weeks, after which the order will be dispatched.

Production estimates are not the same as shipping estimates.

Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Where applicable, VAT is included or calculated in accordance with the customer's location and applicable tax rules.

Any applicable shipping costs are displayed before completion of checkout.

For deliveries outside the EU, additional import duties, taxes or customs charges may be imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these are the customer's responsibility.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an electronic order confirmation.

We reserve the right to contact you regarding an order where there is an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, payment failure, product availability issue or another circumstance preventing us from fulfilling the order.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payment processing may be carried out by third-party payment providers.

Delivery

Products produced according to a customer's individual specifications or otherwise clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
