Production time

All EMMA SOFIE pieces are made to order in our Copenhagen studio.

Our standard production time is approximately 3–5 weeks unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

Production time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

During launches, sales, holidays or periods of unusually high demand, production may occasionally take longer. If we expect a significant delay to your order, we will contact you.

Shipping

We ship from Copenhagen, Denmark.

Shipping costs and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout and depend on your delivery destination.

Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

International orders, customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties, taxes, customs fees or handling charges.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Emma Sofie Studios cannot control or predict charges imposed by local customs authorities.

Incorrect addresses and unclaimed packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, or because the parcel was not collected, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be resent.

Delayed or lost packages

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery may occasionally be affected by delays outside our direct control.

If you believe your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at hello@emma-sofie.com and we will help investigate the shipment with the carrier.
